I am a donor advisor and educator for philanthropic leaders who want to invest in the critical, intersectional racial and gender justice work happening on-the-ground across the United States with a focus on trans people of color-led organizations. My approach weaves together my experience in and knowledge of traditional philanthropic practices with movement-centered, evidence-based community organizing to advise funders on how to support movement building work more effectively and achieve greater impact for all marginalized communities. 

I also coach grassroots leaders to expand their visions for a better, more just world—and then secure the resources to make that vision possible.
